Tutor Perini Unit Wins Construction Contracts

Tutor Perini, a civil, building and specialty construction company, said Monday its Guam-based subsidiary Black Construction Corporation has been awarded two new projects collectively valued at $71 million. The first project, valued at approximately $44 million, is from the Guam Department of Public Works to widen route 3 between route 28 and Chalan Kareta.

The second contract is worth approximately $27 million and is from the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command for the construction of new pipelines from the main pump house at the Diego Garcia Wharf to the Deep Draft Wharf, as well as construction of new fuel pits.
